 Your Statutory Rights are respected at all times.

By submitting your order to us you are allowing us to use your personal details to supply you with the items you have specified. Your personal details will not be passed to third parties other than those required to supply you with such goods. If you wish for your details to be removed or you wish to receive a copy of your personal information from our records then you may do so by writing to us requesting this action. Our website is available 24 hours per day, we aim to process all orders within two to three working days of payment of order and despatch the following day - Monday to Friday.

Pricing and delivery.

- All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.
- All prices are quoted in pounds sterling.
- All prices are subject to alteration with no prior notice. E&OE.
- Special offer prices or prices below RRP are subject to availability.
- Promotions, special offers and free gifts are subject to availability.
- Items to the UK mainland are delivered free of any postage and packaging charges. All deliveries are made by Royal Mail, Recorded Mail (1st or 2nd Class), Next Day Special Delivery or Courier for larger items, unless specifically noted. Customers requiring delivery outside of the UK mainland should contact us before ordering.

Returns Policy.

Within seven days of receiving the product, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your product, the product may be returned for a refund of its full value or exchanged for goods of equal value as long as the product is unused and the original packaging is intact. The cost of returning the goods is the customers responsibility. We recommend you obtain proof of posting with adequate insurance cover against loss.

If a Special Offer cannot be returned this will be noted in the sale.

Each returned item must be accompanied by a copy of the customer receipt, contact details, and a covering note explaining the reasons for the return and the required course of action.

We reserve the right to make a financial deduction or refuse a refund for goods or packaging that are returned in a damaged or used condition.  This includes modification through a software programme where this applies.

Payment.

Accepted methods of payment is PayPal. All submission of payment details and indeed all customer details are safeguarded by recognised encryption software and handled by a third party supplier - PayPal. Navigatebyus do not keep any credit card details.

Product warranty

The product warranty is as listed with the product details and is from the date of payment for the goods. In the event that a manufacturers warranty registration card is included with the product it is the customers responsibility to comply with the terms of the warranty and complete and return the card as directed by the manufacturer.

Product details

All brochures, catalogues, photographs and datasheets, however delivered to the customer, are unable to show precise colour and material matches for technical reasons. Minor colour and material differences are not our liability.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Agreement to our Terms and Conditions

Any Purchaser placing an order with the Company shall be deemed to have understood and accepted the above conditions.
